I’m trying @Bewusst methylation protocol and have implemented some peaty ideas with success.
Aspirin, restoring insuline sensitivity, reversing latent hypothyroidism, pufa depletion, making sure i have adequate glycogen, sleeping enough, stress reduction, fixing posture, scalp massages with coco oil to reverse fibrosis, low fap

i believe i am seeing regrowth atm but will only make a post if its evident 100%
My health is definitely better than it was
