at what age can i become htn if i’m 14.5 rn and low-mid mtn

just wondering tbh. i’m 14.5 rn and i’d say i’m around mid mtn. not bad not great, just somewhere in the middle. been taking care of myself, doing all the basics: mewing, clean diet, working out, sleeping well. Bassicly hormonal optimization.

i’m just curious when guys usually hit that htn threshold. like is it 16? 17? later? i know it depends on genetics and how consistent you are, but if i stay on track, when would it realistically happen?

you looking good, it mostly depends on your bone age rather than your chronological age. You don't look delayed, so you'll probably hit your peak around 17-18. Take in mind that skull bones keep developing throughout your twenties through androgen exposure (test, no need for roids)
