I mean aging, not becoming more developed like in puberty. Even tho 15 year old has aged 5 years since he was 10, there's no increase in entropic damage at all yet at that age, no wrinkles, no micro wrinkles, no cognitive decline, no grey hairs, no collagen loss...

I first noticed my hairline not being NW 0 at 20-21, micro wrinkles at 22, and grey hairs at about 22-23. Now at 28, it all progressed significantly, too many grey hairs to pluck them out, and collagen loss in the form of less skin elasticity and micro wrinkles is visible all over my body now. I'm heading towards an oldcel body like this (but less jacked):

Probably just genetics. Can stress actually be a cause of gray hairs? Isn't it a myth?

I only work weekends and from Monday to Friday I also bike ride around the city, minus is that I eat mostly the cheapest pasta and rice, don't go on any vacations, no money for escorts either... a lot of free time but also no money to spend

Early 20s for my hair, but I only started to really pay attention at 24, which was around the time I started looking at this forum extensively. Now, I have signs of skin degradation and a few silver beard hairs.

I am 40 and people think I am 25 because I have a baby face. I look like a boy with a couple of grey hair.

I would say that I got lucky and did not notice significant aging and I'm 25 vs 18 and 19, but I have taken signafanct steps now to reduce aging .

I wish I did this earlier tbh. But I am glad I started now vs never. I have had some collagen loss tbh but given what I have done , it could have been way way worse ( I abused aderall like a mad man for 2 years, I was insanely stressed in all of uni and my life which causes fast aging due to chaotic home lifestyle and stress of university given the blackpill). I also did a lot of weed and alcohol ( though only for the freshman year second semester. I quit those as I disliked it ).

Perhaps my strategy of taking collagen supplements while abusing aderall mitigated a lot of the damage.

I have some reduced elasticity in my forehead but thankfully no lines. I went to a college bar and normies thought I was a freshman and sophomore. I surprised them when I said I graduated years ago.

But this was a group of men. I know with the age cuck virus I have to larp like other old cels do to avoid getting blown off. So for women I said 20.

The oldest looking people were blacks. They looked late 20s despite being early 20s which is interesting given the usual " black don't crack " . But chances are they will look the same a decade later which is still a win. They also had a large good body which can make you look older for sure.

I regularly wear sunscreen and apply retinol every other day . I also have B3 cream I apply every other day. So I rotate retinol and the b3 cream alternating nights.

My future anti aging plans to make me look closer to 20 is the following

1) Micro-needling
2)Use Tret instead of Ret
3) Continue to avoid alcohol ( I binged my first night and ended up puking. Hated that which is I avoid drinking and drinking messes with collagen )

4) Use red light therapy
5) Continue to use more anti aging supplements . I use the B complex which has niacimide which helps to greatly reduce cellar aging.

I believe the combination of micro needling, Tret, Red light and more anti aging supplements will give me that extra edge to look more the 20 part then now.

Mirin aging genetics. The reality is genes play a large role in aging. I know some guy that looks a decade younger and this guy is a chronic alcoholic and smoker and never wore sunscreen.

Another guy the same deal.

But if you have good aging genetics and do all the anti aging stuff, your results would be mogger tier

already noticing wrinkles at 20 that werent there even at 17/18, but luckily i have good collagen genes

one thing is that its way easier to slow/stop signs of aging than it is to ascend, since anything from hair transplants to botox/fillers to skincare and collagen supplements all help

unironically ive been phasing out substances that are bad for my body (exterior) like alcohol, caffeine and nicotine and depending more on coke since it doesnt result in visible signs of body degradation/aging and its actually pretty healthy as long as you dont mix it with alcohol since it produces some sort of enzyme that fucks up your body apparently, i made that mistake way too many times before finding out

People just start settling down when their looks start to fade it’s pretty brutal. When I’m old I’ll probably just go lone wolf mode and forget about everything else. Just go hiking in the mountains and travelling etc.

both of my parents aged well besides minor hair loss, and I make an active effort to prevent it.

my father never wears sunscreen either, but he's dark skinned and I'm not.

Large pores on my face at 24 (which microneedling can fix).

Sight sightly declined at 24.

My diet was really bad that year.
