I’m talking about broader shoulder/ribcage.

Happens throughout your growth, but generally, the end of puberty, which can be as early as 14 or as late as 18, your growth plates begin to fuse rapidly, and the shoulders, scapula, and other bones widen in large amounts, in response to heightened testosterone levels.

So t levels to play a role? I felt like constant estrogenic shit throughout puberty. I’m confused though Because I’m decent height (5 11”) but just never grew wide. I have the same body width that I had at age 14 more or less.

You keep getting wider into 20s naturally, just look at the average 25 vs 18 year old, jfl at anyone that thinks you are finished developing at 18 or sth, what you should do is eat much and healthy, play sports, workout, be active, optimize hormones, have a good lifestyle overall basically and your bones and body will grow in width over time adaptively and naturally

So 17 is a nono for puberty changes

Adolescence is basically a term for late puberty/

There are changes, but they are more minor tweaks over time.

men dont finish puberty til 17-18

Dude it's all debatable and varies from man to man. Whatever the case development FULLY stops at 25.

Minor bone movements occur over many years slowly thereafter that.
