30 is the water number for most. Personally, I absolutely can’t do above 25. Ideal age would be 17-22, the younger the better.

It's just a matter of how many prime years you want to have her next to you (like judging how far we walked in a pair of slippers, or how many miles we drove a car, etc.)
Obviously the ideal would be 17-18 if you're early 20s. If you're mid-late 20s, ideally she should be as early 20s as possible (I'd personally say she should be 23 and a half max)
After 25 she practically becomes a "woman", she doesn't have those very fresh, soft, young characteristics that she had at 18-22, let's say a girl at that age would have
After 30 it's even worse, with more visible changes in hair, skin, hormones and sex drive in general
What Leonardo DiCaprio has done and continues to do is done with a purpose
For men the changes are less noticeable, but women's bodies are totally different, and very unstable and unpredictable, especially if they don't have HTB+/stacylite genes in general
But as an idea, if you're up in your early 30s, and you haven't had an LTR for many years with a girl in her mid 20s, definitely recommended to find a girl up to her mid 20s..
