At what age does ascending in terms of looks become less valuable?

I'm in my late teens and I'm LTN. I can easily ascend to HTN with surgery but I'm financially retarded right now so I was wondering at what age should I throw my life away and become a full-time hedonistic vigilante junkie?

I know that looks are really valuable whether you're young or old but at what age does its value start to decline?
