At what age does frame typically stop developing? Is HGH for frame gains worth it at 17?

I'm fine with my frame, above avg for my height but I want to be a frame mogger. Can I still grow a bit frame-wise?

Yes it's possible as the skeletal frame tends to fully mature around 18–21.

At 17 your frame growth is usually finished or almost finished.
Marginal improvements maybe but if your frame is narrow, it will likely stay narrow, regardless of hgh.
