At what age does nose breathing and chewing hard food stop affecting the face?

Obviously mewing won’t turn you into a chad or do anything if your 20 years old but while you’re developing if you nose breathe and chew hard foods you will look a lot better, what age does that stop affecting your face?

Proper chewing + swallowing and nasal breathing is what humans are meant to be doing from the beginning. and yes, it will have an affect. I also recommend pairing with thumbpulling (lightly) which will help see more noticeable results.

Sutures (cracks where bone forms/absorbs to change shape) do not fuse until at least ur 20, and some well into your 40s.
And you don't even need sutures to change your face shape, though it does take longer and is more difficult.
^according to wolff's law: bones constantly resorb and grow and this process alters to adapt to stresses placed onto it, which you are doing by chewing (upwards pressure) and not mouth breathing (preventing downwards drooping)

So yes, both are natural and great practices and at your young age their effect will be crazy (I wish i learnt about this when i was 14
