The bones in the face can always restructure and testosterone can facilitate this, so at any age, but the changes will be more drastic and favorable the younger you are. The bones in the face stop "growing" around 20 but can always restructure.

It really depends on how long your puberty lasts but you would still be able to get some facial changes from blasting T at any age. Just look at the female to male subreddit lol

You can blast HGH and TRT and still see some improvement in bones at any age tbh just look at people after roidings bones improving. It just doesnt change your height after like 18 prob
