People in my social circles started getting GF's around 13yo, but you would be an outlier. Maxed out around 20yo where everyone that is good-looking has a gf most of the time, while everyone that was incel, never has gf most of the time.

Ofc, problem is people here are like 4 PSL max so if u are lucky u can have a 3 PSL becky as "gf", but probably it will be a shitty relationship, girls just cope with boyfriends imo

4PSL is definitely a barrier tbh. Depends on personality if you have a gf or not at 4PSL and how much you really want it and are willing to settle for.
