At what age range do your facial bones stop growing?

What is the consensus as to when facial bones stop growing? I know it's different for every individual but what is the upper extremity as to when you can get facial bone growth is it even worth it roiding at 19 (my age) if there isn't going to be any visible results? Pls chime in
