turned 15 2 months ago and I am 5 foot 11 barefoot, my father is 5 foot 6 and my mother is 5 foot . feel free to list any stacks (with what age I should start ofc)
 
since birth we should heightmax

It's all genetics my dad was malnourished asf and got to 6'1

Some softmaxxes off the top of my head:
  • Hang on a bar 5 minutes a day (you can split it up into 2 or 3 sessions) <--MOST IMPORTANT
  • Truheight vitamins (they actually work)
  • Make sure your BMI is 20-22 so your body has enough nutrients to grow
  • Eat as much meat and dairy (preferably fermented like kefir and yogurt)
  • Sleep as much as possible (fall asleep at the same time everyday and wake up without an alarm)
  • Won't help with height but make you're you're mewing, at your age it isn't cope
