At what age should I start taking HGH and other substances?

I'm 13 and I've been wanting to take HGH for the past 4 years. I'm about 5'8 to 5'9, and I want to grow to at least 5'11, I also heard aromasin inhibitors could help with height, so please tell me if that's true. Now to my original question, like I said I've wanted to take HGH for the past 4 years, but I'm unsure of how it will affect me at this age, so is it safe for someone my age or do I have to wait a few more years?

fr though 5'8 to 5'9 at 13 is really good imo youre probably in the middle of a growth spurt so theres no real problem here
and im not the most educated guy on hgh im still also researching it but what ive heard here is quite a "now or never" attitude with many teens looking to or already have start pinning to optimise development, so id recommend just looking at some of the popular hgh threads like this:

i wish i started sooner golden age is probably around 14-15 depends on ur genetics. look at greg douccete for example his growth plates fused at 13
