At what age should i tell my younger sibilings about the blackpill

i have 2 other sibilings aged 11 and 7 they both are average looking for there age even though there overweight (good features and my brother has elite eye area)
when should i tell them if at all they probably wont change or find it out on there own help

Don't tell them just make sure they pick up habits from you that make them moggers, e.g. correct posture, correct tongue positioning, chewing hard and evenly on both sides, doing exercise etc.
