At what ages does the orbital bone stop growing ??

My orbitals are recessed af, .
At what age do they stop growing and how can I fix them as I have 0 under eye support. It really ruins my side profile.

Anything I can do through puberty to stop them from staying retarded or do I cope until I can afford surgery ?
