At what bf% do you see how good you bones look?

I’m quite high right now when it comes to bf% but I’m loosing bf right now but wondering when my bones will look better, I already have ok bones so how low bf% should I go for that’s not to hard to maintain?

Genetics throw things off. But you can start at 10 percent and work your way down from there. But if your genes are bad enough you may have to get buccal fat removal for hollow cheeks.
