At what bf do you usually have hollow cheeks?

I think it can very a lot. I had them with 15% but I also have them at 25-30%. Does it Even matter? Or is it all just fat Distribution? I have a really fat friend like 50% or smth and his Face is still lean, idek how that shit works tbh. I only Store fat in my belly (still have abs tho) and in my legs and ass. Does this mean I have a Lot of erstrogen?

JFL it has nothing to do with bones unless you have reached 10-12% bodyfat. Until 10-12% it's all about fat distribution. If you are 10-12% then yes, it's a bones issue.

I would not call him boneless, but this is what a 5-7kg difference made. And he was not fat in the before.

its a thing where ur bones need 2 be hood enough and u need 2 be lean enought cant be a thing with out 1 or the other
