At what IRL rating do you start getting deep looks/smiles from certain women?

When I pass girls of any age group they either:
- look at me with Disgust (raise their chin to look down their noses at me like I’m a peasant)
- Act with Total indifference (look through me as if I don’t exist)
- or look VERY hard in another direction (pretending to be interested in something in a shop window nearby etc)

it hurts so much,I’m so sick of this pain
