im 16, and im already 6'4 but i have never had a good diet or sleep or suffiecent exercise or anything that helps you grow, and i have looked at all the factors(familial hieghts, shhoe size, other bones sizes, and all the other important stuff) and research and my max height potential is roughly 6'8 to 6'9 at full potential, and I will probably reach 6'5 or 6'6 even with my current habits given my previous growth timing etc. I want to be healthy but I dont want to risk seeming scary to women becuase that seems like a risk with people that tall, like if i was a girl i would prob be scared of someone whos like two feet taller than me, so like i want to healthy becuase i am in really bad shape rn but also that much height is prob a bad thing(also i dont think i could make any sort of money off of height like sports becuase i am a skinny fuck who is horrible athelticly) is there any way I could be healthy without like risking becoming excesivly tall? or is being that tall not a bad thing? is this even a good question or am i being a rtard
