Similar issue I've also got a large forehead but I think the fluffy hair isn't the look

About the height yeah it's probably all up to luck now just prioritise nutrition, sleep and exercise but you definitely have a shot and also cover the forehead instead of leaving the bangs on the side

At 15 i was 5'10.5 and now a year later i grew to 6'0.5 So i think its possible

average guy in the USA grows about 2 inches after 15. I personally grew 3, maybe 3.5 but I started puberty somewhat late. If you're an early bloomer, probably not gonna reach it. If you started puberty at a normal age then it's like 50/50. If you started puberty later than most you'll def reach it
