At what point/rating does surgery (specifically rhinoplasty and canthoplasty) lead to diminishing returns?

HTNs can definitely still ascend quite a bit. Heck, even gigachads. I remember morphs of O'Pry with rhinoplasty and even he improved quite a bit despite being in the elite upper echelons of lookism as is.

Chadlite is where diminishing returns starts to set in. If you’re strong point is your jaw surgerymaxxing your eyes will never be worth it however if your jaw is the flaw then ascending becomes more worth it. This is at chadlite level . If you’re mid to ugly you have nothing to lose get that canthoplasty
