If you on 13% and don't have hollow cheeks you won't have them at all buyo. Also how old are you? When I was 15/16 yo I didn't have any facial bones at all. Now I do.

25 or so is when the buccal fat is supposed to dissappear and with me it took longer. Are you sure that you don't still have buccal fat covering up thhe hhollow cheeks.
