I neglected legs not because I don't want to have big legs but due to wide hips.

I have to wear pants or it gets a bit comical. Should I just work legs anyways? I have a very feminine frame.

you don't even have that wide hips mate just keep working the neck traps delts and lats and you will make your hips look smaller in comparison

Right but it's getting to the point where my upper body is disproportionately large to my lower body. I look like a stuffed turkey with a pump. Huge upper body and long chicken legs walking around from the side view. But from the front view wide hips. If I try to fix the side view by getting big legs the front view of wide hips will get even worse. I might not have a choice, it's a literal over moment.

Leg extensions will work your quads without involving your glute. U can train calves too. What you want to avoid the most is the abductors: gluteus medius, gluteus minor, tensor fasciae latae. These all work when u open ur legs to the side

traps like also matter in competitive bodybuilding

and according to this thread from @Kingkellz neck are traps made guys more strong looking and masculine and attractive
Men with larger sternocleidomastoid and upper trapezius muscles were rated as stronger, more masculine, and higher in short-term attractiveness.

OP's frame looks ok in the first 2 photos yet the 3rd pic shows he's a disgusting framecel with a narrow chest & shoulders.

Hip width is only relevant compared to shoulder width.

Yeah i struggle with hipceldom cause i did taekwondo and it trains ur abductors a lot.
So for gluteus maximus (center butt) squat, hyperextensions, deadlifts, legpress will all work it. The glute is primarily slow twitch, but slow twitch fibers also grow less, so combining high and low reps isnt really bad. Go high feet positioning on the leg press for glute emphasis. About wide vs narrow i dont have personal experience, id say avoid both just in case and go neutral width. I personally do j hyperext. and leg press cause i dont like sticking out my butt while lifting.

Now for quads u have the mid quad, outer sweep and tear drop (the little bump at the knee). The outer sweep wont really hipcel u IMO, but if u want to be sure, just emphasize the tear drop. Outer sweep is fast twich, itll grow a lot in heavy low rep work. Tear drop is slow twitch mostly, so most of its fibers will grow worked with higher reps and volume, but itll be harder to grow them. Quad emphasis in the leg press is with low feet setting.

Combining everything i think the best for glute and inner/mid quad specific training is either standard leg press/squat with mostly high reps.

I personally feel my glutes and quads get destroyed by heavy ass leg press, while hyperextensions in high rep range destroy my lower back more than anything.

Update: Leg extensions will work the tensor fascia lata, avoid them at all costs. In the leg press pointing ur fingers out will disengage the tensor fascia lata, this is optimal
Going to the gym rn ill test whether wide or narrow width is best

You don't have wide hips, just microscopic shoulders. Roids will fix you up.

You have pretty good base. Don't think about things which you can't change. Your hips to shoulder ratio is great and your physquie already is above avereage. Keep going.

You do have actual wide hips not big legs, so you should train everything to try and overcome your bone structure

At what point are wide hips unfixable? OP has a pretty bad frame skeletally but his proportions look very good now because he gymcelled.

It depends what type of hips you're referring to: T1, T2, T3.

If you go about this with gymcelling T1 the easiest T3 the hardest.

With surgeries, T2 (like Gandy) the easiest T3 the hardest.

You had a crazy frame improvement. Your hips were so much bigger than your rib cage and now you don’t even look like a hipcel.
