At what size does neck look big?

Having a Thick Neck is useful at any age, it will always put you at an advantage against any other Child, Teenager, or Man in terms of attractiveness.
I go from 14'' to 17'', size does not matter, but it has to depend on each person, it should be the same width as the jaw:

And no less, unless you have a big jaw and you don't want to overshadow it... something like Brad Pitt does:

It should also be noted that the size will increase if you work all sides of the neck (Sternocleidomastoid, Splenius, Trapeze)

Should be around 90-99% of the bigonial width

Should be noted that it's hard to overgrow neck if you are natural (no roids/gh) and decently lean.

My personal belief is that you neck should be 100-110% of your bigonial width, and your bigonial should be a touch wider than your zygomatic width (fillers or masseter growth)

Btw naturally training your neck won't give you any gains you can only get thicker neck with roids
