So context: I'm 18 years old, 5' 8", and I'm currently in a cut with the aim of reaching 12-15% body fat. I'm not using anything to enhance it, I tried getting my hands on reta with my friend we messed up the crypto transaction and gave up after that jfl
I started cutting when I was at like 140-145 lbs, I've been maintaining a 500 cal deficit lifting 3 times a week for like an hour a day (fairly high intensity lifting not spamming reps) and I have to walk a lot in my daily life anyway (I probably walk like an hour a day on weekdays), and I've been generally near or hitting my protein goal of 0.8g/lbs. I haven't been perfect, but I've been consistent enough to see visible and objective results.
When I started I was probably ~22-25% BF (my cheeks even had slightly protruding fat it was horrible) and didn't even have muscle, literal subhuman skinny-fat physique. Anyway I currently reached 127-128 lbs, not sure what my BF % is but it's definitely dropped, I can literally see my zygos way more now and have subtle hollow cheeks (still have a slightly protruding belly somehow though jfl), so probably I'm around 18-21% BF now?
Anyway I just want to know what's the lowest weight I can hit beyond which I shouldn't go so I don't die or randomly faint or anything. Or should I just stay focused reaching my 12-15% BF goal and ignore everything else?
