i had an friend like that, thank god he is not my friend anymore but for other reasons. he was like overweight and wanted to get rid of his skin/fat under his chin, i told him to lean out but nah he said often there will still be fat left so i will instantly go to surgery to get the fat removed. Ended up lookin shit of course
