2 liters raw milk 200g gouda 1L orange juice atleast 20 dates cherries grapes 4 big spoons of honey gelatinous chicken a fat steak with potato chips oxtail soup with vegetables and sourdough bread

Brutal, I only had 400 calories today. I'm losing weight, started a few days ago. :ogre:

Not the best way too lose weight but definitely the quickest. I started 5 days ago and I have lost 4 kg already. I went from 87.5 kg to 83.5 kg (before having a meal, that is).

do you have enough energy to complete tasks? I must have adhd or just poor willpower because I always crave pleasure from foods/fap/drugs or else I cant focus

if you're not insulin resistant you can consume that much sugar it gets treated the same way as ''complex'' carbs like rice by the body it's fine

its also super high in potassium I got 2000mg from OJ alone

Well, I don't have any tasks. I'm currently enjoying my break. I also have done this before years ago but I admit it's difficult to go from eating as much as you want to suddenly having one meal a day. Having said that.. it's time for my cigarette. I just got some cigs 'cause I felt a bit down but I read that cigarettes help with the metabolism process by 7-15% which in turns helps weight loss! Talk to ya later. It's 4 am and night smokes are relaxing to me. It also helps with not feeling hungry (the nicotine).

I didn't have any nicotine lately I believe that's why I was so ravenous lol. It just makes life so much better and enjoyable I try to only have one or two

are you atleast lifting 6 days aweek with lots of cardio 10000 step minimum
 
It's nothing too crazy. If you eat 6000 calories and nothing the other day you might even end up below maintenance if you're living an active lifestyle.

well done. Any other cheap low effort caloric dense food for a 4k cal / day goal? And I mean any junk, I got pizza and milk down

I just got back from smoking. I was paranoid someone in the house has seen me because they usually peak through the window to just look outside a bit but I'm not sure if I was seen. However I just got back in my room and my room smells of smoke which has also gone to the hallway I think. JFL. Normally I sit further away from the door when I'm in the garden but I couldn't be in clear view either so that's why it stinks like smoke this time but normally it doesn't. Br00tal. Imagine I get caught. :feelskek: (They don't know I recently started smoking again). I only smoked one.

this is so true and why skinny people can ''eat alot'' and remain skinny, im 140 pounds its the next day middle of the day and I havent eaten anything
