Wow. Great fucking meal.

Basically just stuffed my face with as much pork and lard as possible. Was eating by the handfuls.

Longan fruit? Does it taste like Rabutan?

They fruit texture inside is similar, fleshy surrounding a big seed

But a Rambutan is much sweeter and has this slightly distinctive after-taste to it

The Longan is slightly sweet but mostly neutral

It's also much smaller than a Rambutan
