How are all these scientific theories that Big ScienceTMers believe in compatible with atheism? If we came from no God then nothing should exist and 0 should be the only number. Every time you challenge them on this, they throw out appeal to ignorance fallacies like "God can't be proven nor disproven" (even though he can be demonstrated to exist - a painting had a painter, that can be demonstrated; the Big Bang does not "disprove God").

Hell, Max Planck even said it himself that all matter is just condensed light. Reality is an illusion. Atheist scientists are still trying to figure out what "dark energy" is because their model of reality can't explain either light or dark.

thats why also the whole "immortality through uploading memories into a simulation" does not work. if you were able to become conscious again by doing so it would mean you could do it while alive. just copy and paste your memories in a computer and you'll start to experience multiple consciousness through the copied memories - which of course doesnt happen, unless you receive the processed information through electrical stimuli on your brain -> indicating that your functioning brain isnt just the source of consciousness but consciousness itself.
this is not only an atheist perspective but also a christian perspective btw. thats why in the bible people dont go to heaven until the final judgement that will ressurrect everybody, judge people and the good will get to inherit the earth and the baddies will be thrown into a furnace to die again for good.
