I am currently training every morning 4-7 Am and evening 6-8 Pm, its like 5 hours a day. How long do you train(any sports is ok) I just want a general idea on how long you guys train.

ok, what do you train?
Athletics (running, long jumps and hurdles), I do cross training with cycling skating, I have a brown belt in kung fu too. Asian parents are the worst tbh, they want you to excel in everything.

we usually trained for like an hour or two but that was because of nonstop calisthenics and doing shit like Ruck marches, tire flips, ammo carry, etc

No not even close. It was JROTC Raiders, still difficult but nowhere near military training

I'm not in sports but I throw mulch and move bricks and bags of dirt all day in the sun. When I get home I workout as well and hit the gym but it's usually closed due to my work schedule. I have a pull-up bar outside and just do sets of pull ups and push ups. I don't expect to get very big off this at all, I just want strength and a little size as much as I can get.

no man, i train for myself. im not some athleat man, i dont want to be too.
You can try the 10% rule, everyweek try to increase your workout by 10%. That's what my coach taught me first when I started

im building aerobic base in running. Some i will run that road im running now 4.8km/3miles every time for few weeks. Its around 35 minutes of pace at which i can talk, come back from run and dont feel that tired. My feet hurt as hell, especially right one. I will get used to my current volume and then run run a bit other way to get 5k and once do some 8km or something. Maybe i will go to a track after getting my driver licence
