Most people are greys that is why people give you diffrent advice on hardmaxxes and stuff you should do.
You should figure this out on your own to be fair dude. It shouldnt be that hard. Most people here on .org wont give you accurate advice. And you dont want to end up doing an surgery that is suboptimal/unecessary and just fucking yourself over when you could have no problem figured out what surgeries you actually need if you just actually sat down and researched properly

Ye ik my flaws are around my philtrum and my long midface so originally i was thinking a dao and lip flip but I have a normal size upper lip so id end up looking botched and that id look more feminine with a lip lift so im not sure tbh
