Atrophic scars

After going on accutane my acne problem was mostly fixed. Now im left with tons of hyperpigmentation and also atrophic scars. I would say most of my scars are mild and not too deep. They are not noticable under certain lightings but also looknlike shit under harsh lighting. Any tips to help with my scarring if so what are the most affordable options?

Dermastamp once every 4 - 6 weeks. Can get them cheap online.
Tretinoin can help too.
azelaic acid can help the pie but since your on tret i wouldnt use actives
