1. Is atrophy that serious on glp1s esp if I'm eating a horrible diet.

2. How do I stay motivated and/or disciplined to track macros and Micros daily it hurts jfl cause I'm an adhdcel
 
1. no just eat protein and train
2. you dont need to track anything when your appetite is being suppressed, just eat healthy (meat seafood eggs fermented dairy organs & a carb source)

How much protein I struggle to get more than 70-80 on reta
 
0.8g/lb is more than enough
just have smoothies with powder if you struggle with it
2 scoops of whey with porridge, + multivitamins and my mom's cooking is what imma do from now
