Governments love saying "we don’t target civilians." They call it a war crime. The condemn it when others do it But when shit hits the fan? Everyone does it. Everyone.

> US bombs a wedding in Afghanistan.
. "Intelligence failure." No one punished.

> Russia hits a maternity hospital in Mariupol.
"Ukrainian soldiers were using it." Total denial.

> Israel flattens entire neighborhoods in Gaza.
"Human shields." Ends up killing thousands. Still gets Western support.

They all do it. They just frame it differently.

When the West does it: "collateral damage"

When others do it: "terrorism" or "war crime"

Same death. Same dead bodies. Same orphans.

The truth

Killing Civilians is evil but they have always been targets.

The laws of war sound good on paper but no one follws it in practice.

The more power you have, the more shit you can get away with.

If war crimes were actually punished, half the world’s leaders would be in jail.

Only Germanic people are honorable during war.

They should have it so if somebody breaks the Geneva Conventions, the way they’d die would not be as humane
I’m not saying go full cartel, but there should be the idea of fear preventing stuff like this

Or some other form of repercussion

If you continue to live in or near a warzone as a civilian, you are asking for it.

War has changed. Getting blown up by a drone is not honorable. You are not defending your people and family. You are not rewarded for staying and supporting the war effort. Nobody will build heroic monuments for your bravery. Nobody will punish the aggressors and war criminals.

We live in globohomomaxxed civilization where money and technology rule, movement is cheap and genetic dilution omnipresent.

Just find a more peaceful corner of the planet for your family and leave.

As a child I always saw war with some rose tinted glass like i couldn't imagine anything more exhilarating and fulfilling than fighting in a war. I'm not talking about doing the 20 weeks of training and getting a patrol job for those career benefits, I'm talking about actually getting sent into battle and fighting, with the goal of killing the other side before they kill you.

I've read a fair amount of novels about characters going to war. Imagine how exciting it would be to run through fields with your gun, take orders from your superiors, fire artillery, etc. It all seems so honorable and romantic Atleast that is what i thought before I served in the army in reality It's an extremely delusional way of looking at war and Modern fighting is not the same.People LDAR and suddenly get killed by a drone/air strike. Nothing exciting about it. They don't even get to see the enemy. They might hear a projectile flying 0.2 seconds before their death and that's the only adrenaline rush you'll ever get. Also in the modern world you arr fighting not fot your country or your people but to protect someone's revenue stream. There's no honor in this anymore.

Being a brave warrior is an ancient male ideal, and thinking the way you did shows your desire to be a good man.

But modernity has warped eternal truths of the past and turned the world upside down.

The way out of this predicament is to reject globohomo and seek real loyalties in smaller worlds, with like-minded men, where new legends are created through brave actions and new heroic tales are forged.

Water but for some reason the west hates on Russia while supporting Israel, despite Russia made way way less civilians victims in 3 years of war. Wonder why:forcedsmile:

I was exagerrating but its true that some cultures treat civilians worse then others (russians for example)
Minor conflicts in ancient China had so many casualties because when a city was captured, all the civilians were killed. High T.
