Attention span of a fart

Anyone know how to get better attention span, im lacking behind at school cant concentrate for shit, noone wants to work with me cause i distract them and never work, but I just cant get myself too, quit gooning scrolling etc but still cant focus for shit, should I take nootropics or is it cope.

Dont eat slop and eat anything healthy that u find at home
