i just saw my parents wedding photos and now i’m fuckin pissed, my dad was like 6’1 CL at 27 and my mum was SL at 29 too. yet i’m here a mtn with amazing genetics but no results. i really hope gh will get me to atleast htn but even then surely im supposed to surpass my father in looks a bit right

In simple terms, it means the worst traits from your mother and father were inconveniently combined to make you ugly. Think of it like mixing Skittles: you could have two great bags, but if you randomly grab mostly yellow ones (easily the worst flavor btw), it doesn't matter how good the rest were, you're stuck with the bad ones.

By the way you're not precisely weird here, it is common knowledge that for some reason parental attractiveness does correlate with a daughter's attractiveness, but not a son's attractiveness. Being born an attractive male is purely luck-based, and it doesn't matter how good your parent's look, being born attractive as a woman with attractive parent's is almost guaranteed.
