The first and most obvious conclusion is "Looks are the primary factor in perception of personality." And that's completely true. If you are attractive, women expect you to have a better personality, and as a result subjectively interpret your behavior to fit that (halo effect, bias).

What most people don't know is that they're right. More attractive people genuinely do have better personalities. They are more confident, charismatic, outgoing, and friendly, BECAUSE of this bias. It is a two way street -- people treat them well, which gives them validation that leads to more of this behavior, which confirms the original lookism bias. It's a loop. Positive interactions build confidence, which lead to more positive interactions.

On the other hand, if you are ugly, you are perceived as having a worse personality, and are hence treated WORSE for being ugly and having a bad personality (regardless of whether you actually do). These negative interactions damage confidence and encourage isolation. This is especially brutal during childhood because it severely impacts your social development, making ugly guys autistic from being inside all day playing video games instead of playing with friends and learning how to talk to people. Hence why so many looksmaxxers are extremely ND.
