There’s a study that says this

So stop saying on average hot people are more intelligent, they aren’t it’s just an association to make up for positive genes.

Also intelligence is a social construct and isn’t actually real. Intelligence is based on experience.

The only reason attractive people are deemed to be smarter is because of positive reinforcement.

Intelligence is acquired through experience and having understanding of information. If a chad was studying for engineering and he had a loving background full of friends that support him aka shallow people, then he would have extra motivation to learn in engineering.

If he was a sub 5 and everyone ridiculed him and called him a nerd for being into engineering, he would come out with less experienced than chad because he never had the motivation to learn about it.

People will make attractive people SEEM smart, even if they actually aren’t.

But anyways, please explain to me how there is a correlation (ill link the study later on)

It’s true genetics are just a bonus on top of it.

sounds believable, but its probably due to income people who generally earn more money care more about their looks, and income correlates with iq but thats just the research genuinely there is a ton of nuance

true intelligence is kinda something ur born with, cant really gain it but you can definitely lose it by experience
