Austin Dunham bench presses 150 kilos 1RM after training only calisthenics

I regularly see guys benching 3 or more plates at the gym I go to.
And i see 5'2" dalits with stacies everytime i go outside. Everything is possible bro
 
He was doing weighted calisthenics for years. Its almost the same thing as gym and also hes black. No wonder hes strong.

you can just do progressive calisthenics without weights. once you hit a planche push ups you can bench 1.5 your bodyweight for reps (and you will have a core of steel)

its very unreliable way to progress. I just throw additional weight and do everything weighted. I exploded in mass and strength
