No, 200+ plus is indeed ogre, the closer to two hundred the more ogre u become. 167cm and below u become manlet or short. Between 5'5 and 6'7 is okay if u face mog but the best in between all of them is 5'11 or 6'. Not ogre close or not manlet close.
