There's no way to prevent this in a 1st world country other than being the 30+ year old outcast who never got married surrounded my married peers and their kids. My 6'3 brother is getting this treatment from his chubby becky wife and they've only been married for a couple years.
In 3rd world countries this behavior will get you a black eye and busted lip

Wow! Interesting. I only watched 2 and a half minutes of it and I'm gonna have to go back to watch the rest.

He did a lot of things wrong. First and foremost he probably married the wrong woman. She probably wasn't very good to begin with. And if she was really scared of him she wouldn't be looking at her phone while he was upset trying to address something.

It is this dude's fault. A man should never marry a woman who denies him sex for any reason. He should never allow it after they're married either. It doesn't matter if she's in the mood or not.

Ok, I finished the rest. They're already married so I'll address the situation at hand. He handled that very poorly. I'm not a mean b*stard but my wife would never ignore me if I was upset while talking to her. This man sounds like a whiney little kid. He keeps saying the same thing over and over without getting any response. Why does he continue like that? If my wife ever suddenly acted like this woman, in the exact same scenario playing on the phone like that, I would drag her out of the bed by her hair and beat her.
