I don’t think many girls would mind it if I told them I had it, because I doubt that would matter anyways since girls only care about the physical aspect of things.
Being unattractive due to genetics and being unattractive due to development delays and neoteny are two different things. Autists just come off as less developed physically on average (smaller frame, childlike tendencies, nasal voice, overindulging in one topic).
But we are infamous for sucking at social skills and lacking much social awareness. I’ll explain this in detail. We can come off as rude but it’s only because we don’t understand social cues like that, and a lot of autists usually mask or copy phrases that they’ve heard. So they use those phrases to help fill in the gaps on what to say, since we interpret language differently.
