Social skills are very important for men and women. I would even go so far as to say that social skills are more important for men and play a much greater role in the exclusion criteria than for women, because almost every man doesn't care how antisocial a woman is; as long as she looks hot to them, she would be more likely to be perceived as sweet and cute, whereas a man with poor social skills is either a creep, a freak, or just plain weird to women. The only positive aspect is cute.
Women are much more likely to reject an attractive man who doesn't have good social skills than a man is to reject a woman.
For women, a man must be popular, a good speaker, able to hold a confident conversation, and take the lead in communication. Men often see women as entertainers and are often sexually stimulated by him who is charismatic, charming, extroverted, and self-confident.
As an autistic person, it is impossible to find a woman because this automatically gives men a handicap and means they are hierarchically below every other man.
