How can you make yourself a bit more NT, now that I think about it sometimes it is all good and sometimes I might look a bit autistic XD. You need to talk to girls about most basic shit, what do fuck do people talk with them about and how can you stop saying cringe shit sometimes xd

it's not even about getting rid of anxiety, it's about learning how normal people engage in conversation. You need experience to get a feel for that
