They feel sorry for him and know something is wrong with him (people can detect something is wrong in seconds if you have autism, a study was done on this) so they wouldn't be dismissive or rude to him. They don't really see him as fully human, my family talks to me the same way.

His two turkish girls approach was where he was treated most normally, but that's only because the girls were foreign and so they can't differentiate autism from cultural differences.

What's scariest about this video is that this is exactly how girls seem to act around me...
