I think we need to stop calling the mental illness of looksmaxers autism because it really isn't.

It presents as autism because of the social avoidance and obsessive behaviour (over appearance) so it fits the symptoms of that disease but it's entirely a developed trait.

Same with trying to have positive social interactions as an ugly male.

Once you understand what's been making your life so terrible all those years of course you obsess over it.

yeah but people like that dont have adhd, they have only autism which makes everything easier.

and I know people like that too, who repeat the same thing again and again. if with adhd they would have 100 thoughts
