if it's severe enough they will give it you , it depends on the severity but they don't like handing out intense drugs unless it's truly medically necessary

Yeah, I get extremely hyperfixated on a lot of things, and it interacts with my sleep schedule pretty harshly. It also causes lots of procrastination and other daily life interference. I abuse caffeine a decent bit, so maybe they'll prefer me to use addy over caf.
