I have an autoimmune disorder known as Alopecia areata as everyone knows an autoimmune disorder is when your own immune system attacks its self. In my case my immune system attacks my hair causing me to have patchy hairloss at only 14. Ive been to the derm many times and since it has no real cure they had me do bullshit like getting steroid injections, using minoxidil and expected me to purchase extremely expensive Jak inhibitors because no insurance would cover it and it would also completely rapw my immune system.
After 1 whole year I was completely bald and I came to the conclusion that my life was over until I started to do genuine research on AA and realized what i was putting into my body was absolutely shit. After that I started to eat better and quickly I showed some minor regrowth and after 7 months I'm at about 60% regrowth but I've recently came to a small hualt and I'm beginning to get worried about a relapse.
Does anyone have good advice for "Curing" autoimmune disorders or specific advice for AA?
