It has absolutely no plot whatsoever and is literally just 3 hours of pointless CG wanking. The characters are laughable and whatever few plot elements are introduced are promptly dropped or ignored.
And yet it's the highest-grossing movie of all time.
It literally doesn't matter that it's objectively a terrible movie. Normies will still go pay to watch impressive visuals for several hours and all the characters will seem 10x better than they really are because of the halo effect.
Having attractive people in your movie or show isn't even remotely new of course, but this is the first time I've seen people shower such a massive amount of praise on a film that literally sucks ass. I was so fucking bored watching this shit.
Imagine being an actual talented writer trying to create the next masterpiece only to get bested by some retard like James Cameron who just happened to have a five hundred garillion dollar effects budget
