My fcking skin is so dry and sensitive even when i touch it, fucking french jews, now i have to wait until it gets better to use retinol again.

Aren't chemical peels the only thing that actually works for skin? All I've ever gotten from these moisturizers is, well, acne.

Its supposedly the acne treatment line of avene, this old foid at the counter said it was great, i was going to buy the glycolic acid but she sold me that absolute shit.

The only thing that has worked is retinol but now i can use that because my skin is actually burning from that shit

But to be real, in terms of skin care, what do you do if you want that extreme collagen overload that MMs like Chico in their primes had?
All the moisturizers just cause break-out, acne for me.

I think diet is more important at the end of the day for average guys, but if you really are discipline with diet and skin care you may get something good granted you start young. But for the elites is also genes, like theres people that probably produce better sebum and that have better antioxidant capabilities like barret his skin is top tier since a kid.

. At the end to have chico skin you will need to have his genes tbh.

I dont have direct experience with them, but as far as a i heard they are great for acne.

No, it's just I always produce these dead skin cells when I look in the mirror. This yellow shit I have to wash off with water every day. I think that's dead skin.

Also I got no glow, I want glow like Strijd

Oh ok, well i think strijd may use a self tanner or tan a lot to get that orange shine, but imo retinol is the best thing that i have used

Update: Used a yogurt and honey mask and my skin feels so much better
